1, Made from Extra-long staple cotton, featured with less lint, smoother surface, greater luster and matt look.

2, Each spool 600M(660Y) length. Single-Ply yarn is 50 weight, and our cotton thread is 3-Ply twisted bonded ( the actual weight is 30WT=Tex 33 for three plies).

3, All the colors can be converted to Brother and Coats Colors using New brothread color chart.

4, Best used with cotton and line natural fabrics as they have same washing shrinkage rate.

5, Snapping spool with a locking base can secure thread tails.

6, Three important tips for better using our mercerized cotton thread:

★ choose large eye needles(≥80/12) to reduce friction during sewing;

★ slow down stitching speed when you have breaking problem;

★ for those traditional sewing machines which only have vertical spool spindles, you need a upright thread stand to help leading thread from spools to your machine.
