Any incorrect welding manipulation may lead to product plastic deformation or bad contact switch. Users in the use of pin type button switch, signal light, the phenomenon of improper welding cause damage occurred, therefore we would advice users in the terminal manipulation is important to note the following points:
1.Select the appropriate electric iron, to speed up the welding speed, it is recommended to use 20W soldering iron within 3 seconds to complete welding.
2.The amount of flux must be welded to make the switch to pin down.
3.Maximize the use of the plug wire terminal commection, to avoid the welded connection.
4.Temperature too high or wrong welding the tin spots, and other reasons will cause the internal structure of the switch to be deformed.
