1 Overview:

2. Function:
The name of the overspeed board is "speed switch board, which provides three speed signals for the generator set:
Disengage the high-speed clutch: start to 300 rpm, the upper light is on, the diesel engine detonates, rises to the rest speed (600-650 rpm), pre-lubricates and preheats the diesel engine, and prepares for high speed and loading
Permission for paralleling: within 1-3 minutes, turn the switch to high speed, and the speed rises to above 1450 rpm, which provides basic conditions for paralleling. The middle light is on, and the fine-tuning potentiometer can be adjusted to synchronize with the external power supply and parallelize the vehicle.
Overspeed: When the unit breaks down, loses control, speeds up, and exceeds 1725 rpm (50HZ unit) or 2070 rpm (60HZ unit), the lower light is on and the machine stops. But the red light continued to come on. You must turn off the power and turn off the lights before driving again
