Instructions for use
Gasket installation
Place the green surface of the gasket on the sensor, at the center of the sensor's sensing area, and then apply the tested object vertically on the gasket, so that the effective contact and force between the sensor and the tested object are all applied to the sensor's sensing area .
Precautions when installing and using the sensor
1. Try to choose a stable, smooth and flat installation surface;
When your mounting surface is curved, you will inevitably bend it when you install the sensor, so that the sensor's sensing area will be stressed, which will affect the accuracy of the sensor to a certain extent, so be careful not to make the sensor effective The surface is installed on a curved surface with a large arc (note: the circular effective surface cannot be bent, and the long tail can be bent);
2. It is recommended to use a flexible gasket with relatively stable elasticity between the sensor and the measured object to ensure effective contact between the sensor and the measured object;
3. Keep the contact surface of the sensing area clean;
4. The force should not exceed its rated range;
5. Try not to solder it directly to a universal board or a circuit board that does not belong to its specific package, so as to prevent the tail from being thermally deformed and causing poor contact. The metal terminal of the sensor can be connected with the wire by quick welding;
