ProductDescription : These chick waterers are made here in the United States by a small company that has been in business since 1974 producing this line of feed and water containers for caged animals and poultry. Widemouth mason jars are not included. I like the big mouth jars because you can get your hand down in them and clean them more thoroughly. This is a good design. You simply slide your widemouth mason jar on the chick waterer and it locks in place, which is faster and less troublesome than the screw-on type. If you are like me anything you can do to save time is worth the investment. If I make an improvement on my farm that saves me 5 minutes a day x 365 days a year = 30.41 hours a year I can be doing something else. These containers are both boil and freeze resistant for strength and sanitation. Returned items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
