This unassembled Fujimi 1/24 Ferrari 348TS model kit includes all necessary parts to create one 1/24 Ferrari. Photos and illustrations are not to scale. Kit contains small parts with sharp edges. Recommended for experienced modelers age 10 and over. PAINT AND CEMENT ARE NOT INCLUDED! The Ferrari 348 made its debut on the Frankfurt show in 1989 as the successor to the 328 GTB/GTS that is the best-selling car of Ferrari. Designed by Pinin Farina, it looks like the testarossa in detail as the body edges on the model are rounded and the tail lamps are hosued in the slits. The water-cooled V8 DOHC engine is arranged longitudinally while the transmission is positioned transversely. The lowered center of gravity helps improve the maneuverability. With the maximum output of 300 PS, the maximum speed reaches as fast as 275 km/h. The "t", "b", and "s" in the ferrari 348 tb/ts stand for the transverse transmission, Berlinetta and Spider respectively.
