AmeierGro Perforated Pizza Peel 12 inch are used for ready, set and launch to help you create your own great pizza.The pizza spatula is made from commercial grade hard anodized aluminum, which is more resistant to wear and heat than other pizza spatulas. The perforated design reduces scorching on the bottom of the pizza. The angled head of the spatula picks up each pizza easily and transfers easily.

Warm tips when using:

1.A small sprinkling of cornstarch and flour before use can better prevent the pizza from sticking.

2.Place the head of the pizza spatula on the pizza stone. Gently push the handle to move the pizza, then quickly pull back on the pizza spatula to slide the pizza safely onto the pizza stone.

3.If you bake your pizza on a pizza stone, putting it back in its original position while turning the pizza will prevent the bottom of the pizza from burning.

4.You should first gently move the pizza to make sure it is not stuck to the pizza stone or baking sheet, then use a pizza spatula to gently push between the two to easily transfer the pizza out.

Care instructions:
