It can withstand up to 100 °C (212 °F). This fitting is part of an assembly that resists mechanical pullout for a more secure connection, and can be assembled and reassembled without affecting the seal.

Firm and durable: Premium solid brass with thick wall, corrosion resistant, more durable than iron and iron galvanized pipe fittings.
