The sleek design of Strumhard's patented Soundhole Guard easily & securely attaches to most new, used & vintage acoustic guitars with standard 3-1/2" to 4-1/2" diameter sound holes. Originally designed to protect the lower sound hole region, research has shown, depending on your strum pattern, the top region to be equally susceptible to damage. The Soundhole Guard protects & deflects damaging pick strikes to both top & bottom edges of the sound hole, rosette & soundboard. Made of durable injection molded plastic, the Soundhole Guard can be removed & re-attached without any damage to the instrument.
