The Rada Cutlery W232 Vegetable Peeler will be the only utensil you need to peel a wide variety of vegetables and fruits.  It is a top selling vegetable peeler for a reason.  It will peel almost any food like carrots, potatoes, cucumbers or apples as well as make chocolate shavings. The size of this peeler is perfect for food big and small. The blade measures 1-3/4 inches and has an overall length of 7-1/4 inches and is made from surgical grade, T420 high carbon stainless steel.  This vegetable peeler is tough and strong!  The blade also swivels, so it is designed to work equally well when used by right or left handed cooks.  The pointed tip on this peeler is good for digging out eyes of potatoes as well blemishes on fruits and vegetables.  The handle is comprised of a black stainless steel resin that can be washed in the dishwasher.  Hand washing fine cutlery is recommended but the handle on this peeler is dishwasher tolerant.  It has just the right thickness for comfort and performance.  Rada Mfg.
