Curtain Header and Measurement Guidance

Curtain Header

Rod or pole: works for header Grommet, Tab Top, Back Tab & Rod Pocket.

Track or rod with rings: work for Flat Hooks, Pinch Pleated,Goblet.

Curtain Width

Remember: Always measure the curtain pole or track length, not the window. Always allowfor overlap of 1” to 3” allowing the curtains to close together helping prevent light leaks when closed.

TabTop / Pinch Pleated / Goblet: suggest 1.1-1.3x times of pole or track length.

BackTab & Rod Pocket: suggest 1.1-1.5x times of pole or track length.

Grommet / Flat Hooks : suggest 1.5-2x times of pole or track length.

Curtain Length

TabTop / Grommet / Back Tab & Rod Pocket: measure from top of the pole to where curtain finish.

Flat Hooks / Pinch Pleated / Goblet: measure from bottom of the rings to where curtain finish.
