How to replace your rusted out handle?
- Working from the inside
1. Remove the plastic panel on the inside of the back hatch door
2. Remove two silver nuts which are holding the old handle in place
3. Save these nuts

- From the outside
1. Remove the freed handle from the outside--this was a challenge for me, you may need to lever some of the external plastic under the wiper assembly to get this back in
2. Insert the new handle the same way you got the old one out
Then resecure with the nuts and replace the plastic
