How to use


1.When using for the first time, please wash it thoroughly in warm water or in a dishwasher rinse well and dry.
2.Put prepared meat inside meat press.
3.Insert pressure plate with attached spring. The pressure plate should press meat and the spring should face up. Close the meat press with a lid.
4.Place the meat press into a pot filled with water simmer for about 2-3 hours.
5.When ready, remove the meat press from water, cool it and refrigerate until meat is cold. Pour warm or hot water on meat press's body to remove meat easily.
