How to clean better

     
1. Disassemble the pasta extruder.
     
2. Place the parts in a dry, ventilated place and let the dough on the surface air dry.
     
3. When the dough is set. You can gently tap the product or use your hand to make the dough come off.
     
4. The dough at the OUTPUT PORT can be cleaned with a brush/needle.
     
5. Rinse with water after treatment. 

     
• AVOID exposure to strong light

     
• Power center DON'T soak in water

     
• BE CAREFUL when using the needle behind the bush recipes

Method

Put the flour salt, oil, and beaten eggs (eggs should be mixed with tomato puree if applicable) into the mixing bowl

Mix with the dough hook on speed 1 -2 for approximately 2-3 minutes, adding water if the mix is too dry. Switch off the machine, gather the ingredients together, and knead by hand until you obtain a smooth dough. For best results, wrap the dough and then let it rest for approximately 15 minutes before using the Pasta Extruder.
