If at any time these products are found to have defects in materials or workmanship, Kowa will, at its discretion, repair or replace them free of charge, when requested by the original owner. Kowa cannot honor the guarantee of of Kowa products that have been disassembled, modified, or worked on by anyone not authorized by Kowa. Warranty is void if damage results from unauthorized repair, alteration, abuse, or misuse. The warranty does not cover defects due to normal wear and tear. Kowa shall use reasonable efforts to repair or replace any binocular or spotting scope covered by this warranty within 7-10 business days of receipt and will notify the customer if the repair should require more time. Please be aware the Kowa's Limited Lifetime Warranty applies only to products purchased domestically. If you find a product from overseas, the warranty will be different and the service of the product, if a problem should arise, would also have to be done overseas.
