By ordering the 16' Limited Room, the actual size will be 14' 9". No other room matches the features of the Limited Add-A-Room: Heavy-duty YKK zippers, Reinforced 1000 deiner vinyl fabric, Privacy panels zip together. Three foot zippered door can be located on either end of the front panel. All grommets are reinforced with webbing Nickel plated twist fasteners to secure side panels, which are screwed into the RV, and skirting. Optional Snapless Side Panels available.
