These 12.9-grade hardened Torx screws are built for shooters who need lasting strength, clean drive, and a reliable hold under recoil.
Finished in black oxide (blued), they’re made to endure.
Available in 6-48 (T10) and 8-40 (T15) thread variants.
Length and head style selectable via variation menu.

Heads up (literally):
- Oval/Weaver head screws are measured by full overall length, including the head.
- Fillister head screws are measured by thread length only, not including the head.
This matters when replacing factory hardware—check your specs and measure accordingly.

Reference Dimensions & Torque Specs:
- 6-48 = #6 screw, 48 TPI, approx. 0.1380" diameter (3.51 mm)
Recommended torque: 18 in-lbs (2.03 Nm)
- 8-40 = #8 screw, 40 TPI, approx. 0.1640" diameter (4.17 mm)
Recommended torque: 25–28 in-lbs (2.82–3.16 Nm)
Do not exceed 30 in-lbs unless specified by your hardware manufacturer.

Torque values are based on dry threads. Adding oil or grease alters torque requirements and may result in over-tightening.
Use of blue thread locker is optional—not required—when screws are torqued to nominal tension.
