How to Use:
Before use, adjust the knob to the 0 position. Connect the product power cord to a 220V AC socket. The output voltage is displayed on the voltage meter. (The voltage displayed when there is no load is a virtual voltage. It must be connected to a load to measure the correct voltage.) Connect the electrical equipment to the output socket. Slowly adjust the knob. Clockwise rotation increases the voltage, counterclockwise rotation decreases the voltage.
Speed Adjustment: For fans, brushed motors, and power tools (do not use if they already have speed control).
Temperature Adjustment: For electric stoves, ovens, water heaters, heating rods, electric blankets, etc. (not adjustable if they have a display screen or smart features).
Dimming Adjustment: For tungsten lamps, incandescent lamps, halogen lamps, heat preservation lamps, strip lights, etc. (not adjustable for LED energy saving lamps with circuit boards).
