ACC7100A diesel-driven air compressor controller is used for the air compressor driven by the diesel engine to realize the start-up and shutdown, data measurement, maintenance, alarm protection and "three remote" functions of the air compressor. The controller has the function of speed regulation, with CANBUS (SAE J1939) interface, which can control a variety of EFI or non-EFI diesel-driven air compressors. The controller adopts electronic components that can heat liquid crystal and high and low temperature resistance, and is suitable for extremely low temperature/high temperature (-40°C~+70°C) environment, so it can work reliably under extreme temperature conditions.
ACC7100A diesel-driven air compressor controller adopts 32-bit ARM microprocessor technology, which realizes the precise measurement, value adjustment and timing, threshold setting and other functions of a variety of parameters, most of the parameters can be adjusted from the controller panel, and all parameters can be adjusted and monitored by RS485 or USB interface using PC. With its compact structure, simple wiring and high reliability, it can be widely used in the control system of diesel-driven air compressor.
