Three-roll grinder is mainly used for grinding all kinds of paint, printing ink, pigments of grease paint, food, cosmetic and toothpaste and other slurry of paste form. It is the main equipment of such factory as painting and printing ink factories to porphyrize slurry of paste form.
Grinding action is produced by mutual squeeze and friction at different speed of three rollers installed in horizontal direction on the machine. Typically, materials only need to be ground twice to meet requirements, but the materials difficult to grind should be ground for several times to meet requirements. The final processing fineness can reach more or less than 3 - 18μm in general (measured by fineness scraper).
