ProductDescription : Preparation before use:
1. The working environment temperature of the spindle is usually -10℃～40℃.
2. Before installation, turn the electric spindle head by hand. It should feel flexible and without blocking.
Correct use method:
1. The spindle should run at low speed for 30 minutes first. Then increase step by step according to the difference of 3000 rpm, and run for 20 minutes each time. The spindle should work with the frequency converter. The specifications and parameter settings of the frequency converter must match the parameters of the spindle.
2. When the frequency converter is connected to the spindle, the three-phase power cord of the frequency converter should be welded to the 1 (U), 2 (V), 3 (W) pins of the plug, and the 4th pin is the ground. After turning on the power, observe whether the spindle rotation direction is consistent with the axis indication. If not, shut down immediately and replace the two wires of the three-phase power supply connecting the frequency converter and the spindle.
3. Before using the water-cooled spindle, ensure that the cooling system is working properly. The spindle must run at low speed for 15-20 minutes before use every day. When clamping the tool to the spindle, the chuck nut, chuck, and tool must be clean enough. The tool holder must be inserted into the chuck greater than 15mm.
4. Before packaging and shipping, we made an oil seal to avoid rust. When you receive the spindle, please clean the oil seal before use.
5. The water-cooled spindle must be used with a water pump. Otherwise the spindle will break soon.
6. The AC spindle motor must be used with a frequency converter.
7. The power of the frequency converter needs to be equal to or greater than the spindle power. Before use, please set the frequency converter parameters suitable for the spindle. Otherwise the spindle and frequency converter will be damaged immediately.
