The Polder Deluxe Preset In-Oven Thermometer with Ultra Probe is a simple and streamlined electronic thermometer that is ready to use, right out of the box. The Polder Deluxe is preset with USDA recommended temperatures, so you can simply select the food you're cooking to set the correct target temperature. The Thermometer has a straightforward and easy to read display that shows the food type, the target temperature and the current internal temperature. The thermometer will precisely measure temperatures ranging from 32°-392° Fahrenheit. You can sit it on a table or counter, or use the magnetic wall mount. The thermometer includes Polder's heat-safe Ultra Probe with an accommodating 43" cord. Full instructions and one AAA battery is included.
