Maintenance

1. Before each use, clean the saw blade and other working parts with water. Clean the machine carefully after work, open the latch, sweep out the meat scraps and bones next to the machine with a brush, and clean the parts as above to ensure hygiene. Caution: Do not clean directly with water.
