Usage

1. ZERO button: Short press the button can control the machine on and off, long press the button can return the machine to zero.
2. Short press the ZERO button to turn on the machine.
3. Press the calibration bar onto the standard surface of the machine and press on the ZERO button for 3 seconds to return the machine to zero. At the same time, the screen light will be on. If it does not light up, the machine has not returned to zero.
4. Remove the calibration bar and place the machine on the workpiece.
5. Adjust the tool to contact the measuring surface of the z axis zero setter.
6. Slowly move the tool until the display reads “0”, then the distance between the tool and the workpiece is 2 inches(50mm).


Notes

1. You need to use the machine with your own CR2032 battery.
2. The z axis setter can only be used in the horizontal plane, not side suction or reverse suction.
3. Please should not disassemble the machine to avoid inaccurate measurement.
4. The machine will automatically power off if it is not operated for about 5 minutes.
5. If you do not use the z axis setter for a long time, please take out your battery.
6. Please avoid exposing the machine to sunlight.
7. Please avoid water ingress into the machine.
