The load binder is FMCSA and DOT compliant with a working load limit of 9,200 lbs and a breaking strength of 33,000 lbs. The green powder coating will further ensure long-lasting performance, preventing rust and corrosion. • Durable Construction: Our ratchet chain binders are curated from robust steel material, which is designed to withstand great load limits, tension, and repeated use. The entire load binder is coated with green powder to increase its durability and performance. The coating will protect the binder from rust, corrosion, changing weather conditions, harsh environments, scratches, etc.
• OSHA Safety Green Load Binder: This flatbed chain binder has a safety green coating for clear visibility. Whether a person working on a flatbed trailer or a vehicle behind the trailer, this safety green color will provide the utmost visibility. The hooks are screwed, securely grasping the anchor point. You have to twist and extend them when using them. • Ratchet Mechanism: The load binder has a ratchet mechanism for tightening and tensioning the chains while securing the load. • DIY Installation: As mentioned above, it’s a ratchet-style chain binder that requires a few minutes for application. Check out the detailed steps below:-
  • First, grab the chain binder and start unscrewing the hooks to open it. Turn the grab hooks at least 15 times.
  • Now, connect one grab hook of any size to heavy-duty chains.
  • Connect both ends of the hook to the chains and tighten the binder by ratcheting it.
  • Voila, the application is done.
