ProductDescription : The Chief LD Loader Welded Hydraulic Cylinder is engineered for optimized utility in mobile applications that need compact actuators to drive linear motion. Our universal hydraulic cylinders are made for light-duty loaders that need double-acting hydraulic actuators. It has a dynamic mechanism but is compact, weighs only 9.92 lb, and can easily fit into cramped spaces. This space-saving welded cylinder is designed for mobile applications. The size, however, does not impact the actuator’s performance - it is pressurized to 1.5 times the normal working pressure for hydraulic cylinders. It can bear an extensive column load of up to 5300 lb. This double-action hydraulic cylinder is extremely durable. It has a chrome-plated high-quality steel body along with a ductile iron piston. Both the rod and base ends have cross tubes strengthened with grease zerks. It also has Buna N O-ring seals to prevent leakage and overspills. On the whole, our welded hydraulic cylinder can withstand wear and tear, is resistant to corrosion, and works like a powerhouse in extremely demanding conditions. Each hydraulic cylinder cross tube has a 1.5-inch bore that exerts a 12 inch stroke length, 3000 PSI of maximum working pressure, and SAE 6 work ports. When retracted, the hydraulic cylinder measures 20" in length. When fully extended, it measures 32 inches from end to end. The rod is 1" in diameter and the pin is .75 in diameter. The hydraulic cylinder is versatile enough for wide ranging applications while maximizing operational efficiency. If you’re looking for a structurally sound, functionally topnotch, and reliable welded hydraulic cylinder for light loaders, the Chief LD Loader Welded Cylinder is the one to choose.
