Instructions for using sucker electromagnet
Electric suction cups in use to meet the following conditions in order to achieve the maximum suction value 1. The object to be sucked must be a material with good magnetic conductivity
2, the correct use of power supply, voltage
3, the surface of the sucked object should be very smooth and clean
4, the suction contact area of the sucked object must be greater than or equal to the suction surface of the electromagnet (the maximum outer diameter of the electric sucker)
5, the thickness of the suction object is greater than 8mm to achieve the nominal value of suction, and the thickness is reduced
6. There can be no distance from the object to be sucked, and no object can be separated
If any of the above conditions are violated, the suction will be reduced, and the maximum suction value marked by the electric suction cup will not be reached.
Installation and use method
1, the electric disk uses DC power supply, the common voltage is :DC5VDC6VDC12VDC24V use according to the product label (special requirements to provide technical parameters can be customized)
2, wiring diagram (wiring method is not positive and negative)
3, in the rated voltage and its range of electrical rate is 100%, you can adjust the size of the suction by adjusting the voltage (proportional relationship)
