This Tree of Life lice comb is highly effective in removing lice and nits thanks to its triple row patent. One row is made out of dense metal teeth, and the parallel lines are made out of extra dense teeth. Combing the hair using this comb triples its effectiveness in capturing nits (compared to a one-row comb).
