To determine the concentration of hydrogen, continue to add reagent drops until the mixture changes from clear back to blue. Each drop is equivalent to a hydrogen concentration of 100ppb (0.1ppm), and the total dissolved hydrogen concentration can be calculated by multiplying the number of drops by 100ppb. The MOSM test kit includes 10 bottles of 3ml test reagent (approximately 400 drops) and one sampling cup.
