Three different types of abrasives:

1) The white stropping compound - 28 grit

2) The red buffing compound for knives – 14 grit

Easily apply the honing compound on the leather strop and enjoy working with razor-sharp tools! If you have a very dull knife, we recommend using the sharpening compounds consistently: first, use white honing compound, then red stropping compound and, finally, polish the blade with green polishing compound. This way the dullest blade turns into an extremely sharp one.

Please, don’t apply the different leather strop compounds on the same side of the sharpening leather strop because it doesn’t work. Apply every leather strop compound separately.

Be sure to buy the high-quality buffing compound for knives because we manufacture all our tools by ourselves, so we know that our strop compounds work great on different types of metal.

If you have a dull knife, use a leather strop with a white sharpening compound, then polish it with the green buffing compound. Just try to use 3 stropping compounds instead of one and you will feel the difference between sharp and razor-sharp tools.
