Usage and precautions:
1. Please put the open handle end into the puller shaft and tighten the shaft according to the clock direction.
2. Adjust the jaws to maintain proper distance and Angle from the pulling position.
3. Rotate the handle to make the piston shaft move, and promote the power of the jaw to disengage the object.
4. The maximum stroke of this hydraulic puller is 50mm, please pay attention when using it, so you may need to try many times when the object is still in the position that meets the requirements of the stroke.
5. To return the piston starting rod, simply use the grooved end of the handle and rotate the return stem counterclockwise.
6.Don't overload.
7. Use (GB443-84) oil N15 at -5℃~ 45℃, the spindle oil (GB442-64) synthesis in-20℃~-5℃.
8. The machine uses oil as the medium, so the oil and the machine must be kept together.
9. With a new setting or a long setting, the hydraulic puller can be loaded 2 to 3 times to eliminate the air cavity since there is a large amount of air in the cylinder and the rod may have a small sudden when starting. Although the gear puller is out of use for a long time, you should reciprocate the gear puller 2-3 times a month.
