ProductDescription1 : Misswendyfuse knit stabilizer/knit stay tape is composed of 90%cottonfabrics10%synthetic fibres, lightweight, soft and stretch, one side with adhesive,The most common sizes are 1/2 inch and 1 inch wide it is used to stabilize seams on stretchy knit fabrics, fit for light to mid-weight fabrics, great for woven, knits, blouses and sheer garments. Misswendyfuse prevents seams from stretching out or becoming misshapen over time. It’s particularly useful in shoulder seams, pant hems, neck and areas with wear and tear (like zippers). To hem knits and make the more finished edge of hem, place Misswendyfuse slightly inside raw edge,Particular attention of putting wrong side down and fusible side up, then sewing as flat as you can, last fold the hem and fuse it. Always test on a sample first and use a press cloth, iron temperature set from 250-280℉ for 8-10 seconds. Embroidery: Misswendyfuse is extremely fine and stretchy of fabric material, Some shirts has embroidered panel on, and it is very itchy against the body, after cover the tape, the embroidery does not scratch.
ProductDescription2 : In package it figure out which side was fusible,so it can quick hems on knit fabrics.using a stabilizer should lead to less tunneling especially in lightweight knits. if you have wavy hems, put your iron on a setting that produces steam.hover the iron about 1 inch away from your hem and apply steam.this should relax the fabric back into shape and it should lie flatter.
ProductDescription3 : This tape is perfect for stabilizing and sewing hems on knit fabrics. It's a bias tape, so there's a bit of stretch, but it still stabilizes hems for sewing really easily and keeps them from needing extra basting or getting that stretched out, wavy look. One caution if using on a poly knit or other knit that can't take a higher heat or steam setting: you can steam baste the tape or baste it on with a polyester or synthetic setting, but you will need follow up by thread basting it (by machine or hand) to keep it in place if you won't be sewing your hem or other seam right away. If you're working with a knit that can take higher heat and steam, it will adhere without extra basting.
ProductDescription4 : How to making hem of T-shirts? Cut off the excess off the shirt and ironed on the stabilizer to the raw edge. Use a press cloth and get the adhesive to melt. After this process, pressed up the hem to the 1 inch width of the hem tape. Then set sewing machine to a stretch stitch and sewed the hem. The stabilizer made it so easy to sew!
