ELBALUBES 1605 is a non-silicone based, metal oxide filled compound that is an effective transporter of thermal energy. Heat Sink Compound – Non Silicone can be used on diodes, transistors, heat sinks, semi-conductors, thermostats, power resistors and radiators. It is presented in a handy to use syringe 30 ml size cover a wide variety of applications. This syringe allows pin-point application and minimizes wasteful over-application. Its effectiveness results from the ability to fill the interstitial spaces that exist between two coupled surfaces. Since air is a poor conductor of heat, by essentially filling the voids with a pliable, thermally stable compound, thermal energy is more efficiently conveyed from the heat source to the sink.
