How to use
01. Weigh and record
The clean air in the gravity cup is placed on the pan, and record the weight proportion of the cup, and then peeled normalized 0.00g
02 Adjust the temperature
Place the pycnometer on a horizontal table to adjust the temperature of the pycnometer and the sample to be tested (20 ± 0.5 ℃ / 68 ± 1.0 ℉). It can also be selected according to different test materials: (23 ± 0.5 ℃)
03. Pour in the sample
Introduce the test sample into the pycnometer. Tilt-free lid, to avoid air bubbles
04. Wipe the liquid
Wipe excess liquid from the lid and cup wall with absorbent paper towels or cloth.
05. Accurate measurement
Weigh the cup filled with the proportion by weight of the test specimen, the test results show the specific gravity of the cup size precision error range: ± 1 or 10mg
