Quick and Easy to Use Crimper Step by Step
1. Loosen the upper screw
Loosen the screw to easily replace the upper die.
2. Loosen the lower screw
Jack up the lower die base to remove the lower screw and replace the die.
3. Insert dies
Select the pressing die to match the crimping terminal and tight the dies with the crimper.
4. Turn valve to work
Turn the hydraulic valve to the "CLOSE" position.
5. Put in the terminal
Put the connecting terminal into the tool head.
6. Press the handle
Press the handle up and down. Continue pumping until handle comes to a stop.
7. Release the handle
Turn the hydraulic valve to the "OPEN" position and the piston is automatically reset.
8. Complete crimping
The crimping effect is good and tight.
