BulletPoint2 : Hydraulic Principle: Eight die cores simultaneously converge towards the center. This ensures the pipe is evenly stressed in eight directions, providing superior indentation sealing compared to standard crimpers like the 71500.
BulletPoint3 : Our tool set includes a comprehensive range of dies: #3, #4, #5, #6, covering hose sizes such as #6 (5/16"), #8 (13/32"), #10 (1/2"), #12 (5/8"), standard barrier (thick-wall), and reduced barrier (thin-wall). Dies are installed via dovetail assembly and secured with two screws and two semicircles.
BulletPoint4 : The crimping tool accommodates pipes with an outer diameter ranging from 3/4" to 1-1/4" (19mm to 31mm). It operates at a maximum pressure of 50Mpa (50000 kN/cm²).
