Avoid saturation of hair in chlorine and direct exposure of hair to sunlight to the extent possible. Directions: Shampoo hair but do not condition prior to application. If pre-lightening hair, completely shampoo out bleach or toner. Do not mix the haircolor with developer. Apply directly from tube to dry hair. Saturation is key. Working with 1/2 inch sections makes saturation easy. Leave on hair for 25 to 40 minutes without heat, or longer if desired. Rinse thoroughly with cool water. Do not shampoo.
