Front Shock Absorbers: Use a 9/16mm wrench and remove the lower nut on the bottom of the shock. When the lower nut is removed, use the same socket to remove the upper nut. Now the shock absorber can be removed and you can begin with installation of new one. Now install new shock absorber and tighten the lower nut with 9/16 mm wrench by rotating the strut in clockwise direction. Tighten the nut until the bushing spreads to the width of the washers. Now install the upper bushing and washer to the strut on the upper side of shock by accessing it from the above of front splash shield. Tighten it by rotating the strut in counter-clockwise direction until the bushing spreads to the width of the washers. New front shocks have been installed.
