No more messy, dripping spouts. Our spoutless gravy separator has a unique bottom-release that is easy to use and mess free. The fitted strainer comes out easily for cleaning and will strain out larger pieces of meat and vegetables. With just a press of a button, healthy, fat-free broth is released from the bottom and fat is left behind.

Separate the fat from broth quickly and easily. With the top strainer in place, pour warm broth into the wide-mouthed separator using the large easy-grip handle. Allow a few minutes for the fat to rise to the top of the liquid, hold the separator over a clean container, push down the red tab and fat-free broth will be released from the bottom. Keep an eye on the fat level at the top of the broth and stop releasing when it nears the bottom of the separator.

Our gravy and fat separator is made with 100% clear Tritan plastic. Tritan plastic is a crystal clear plastic that is BPA and EA free. Tritan is a US developed plastic that is safe for food containers due to its high crystallinity and heat resistance. Glass separators can become heavy, slippery and too hot to touch when full of hot broth. No problem with our separator. The large, comfortable handle stays cool and the thick plastic keeps the heated broth from burning your fingers. In addition, it is shatterproof, easy to clean and top rack dishwasher safe. This heavy duty, durable separator will be a kitchen workhorse for years to come.
