BulletPoint7 : ColorPops is NOT water soluble, but it can be made to be with little effort by mixing in a small amount of powdered sugar to powder food color. Now it can be used with water, liquids and extracts.
BulletPoint8 : Because all food coloring, even liquid, starts as powder; ColorPops powder food coloring produces the deepest most pigmented shades of all food colors. Powder food color will deepen/darken in shade as it stands. Allow it to sit for 10-15 minutes after mixing to allow for full color saturation, especially with black and red. Powder food color may look different in the jar than when mixed with a liquid medium. This is normal. The more you use them the more you will enjoy all the possibilities they offer!

Directions : Activate, stir and paint the product on royal icing, macarons, fondant, or American crusted buttercream using a fine-line brush. Dip the brush in water and mix it into the paint to create a paste consistency. Practice and become familiar with the product and consistency. Once dry, paint over for best results. Wash the brush in clean water before starting a new color. Store in a dry cool place and away from children. This product is not to be consumed directly.
