Each can includes second swivel nozzles for precise 360 degree vertical and horizontal fan spraying. Lightfast and permanent it is 100% neutral and can be used outdoors. Perfect for a variety of techniques HC10 is water resistant and will not yellow. Ideal for pastels, charcoal, watercolor, ink, acrylic, gilding, photos and surface preparation.
