Depending on the type and size of fitting, the maximum working pressure is up to 6200 PSI (430 Bars). JIC fittings are able withstand higher pressure, temperature, and resistance than NPT thread. Depending on the type of JIC fittings, there are several connection types; Type 1: JIC (1st connection) x JIC (2nd connection), Type 2: JIC (1st connection) x BSPP (2nd connection), and Type 3: JIC (1st connection) x NPT (2nd connection).
