ProductDescription : The Chief WP Welded Pin-Eye Hydraulic Cylinder is built for heavy-duty workloads and in rephasing applications where synchronization is needed to lift separate loads. For instance, it is the ideal actuator to use in agricultural seeding, tilling, fertilization, and harvesting machinery which employ several cylinders at once. Intended for double-acting applications, this hydraulic cylinder is capable of both pushing and pulling actions. The head port extends the piston in the rod as fluid is pumped into it and retracts when the flow reverses. This feature sets it apart from single action cylinders which are specifically made to perform only one of these movements. This universal hydraulic cylinder is very versatile. The rod end mount is equipped with a drilled pin-hole and is easily customizable to fit any size of rod end according to your requirements. Meanwhile, the base end mount has a welded steel cross-tube with grease zerks. For outdoor applications in locations with extreme weather and environmental conditions, our hydraulic welded cylinder is the best choice. All its seals are manufactured to US specifications. The tube seal is a buna O-ring with Polytemp hytrel backup, the rod seal is a deep polypak with a B-lip design, and the piston seal is a Hallite 755 with a wear ring. Our welded cylinder is compact at only 7.28 pounds, but with a forged steel base, it can carry a column load of 5300 pounds. Its narrow design is appropriate for small spaces. Furthermore, it is available in different sizes depending on various factors like your weight load, stroke and retract length needed, flow, application, and operating conditions.
