The SAE flange is a high-pressure hydraulic flange use to connect pipes and tubes together in a hydraulic system. With the pressure rating of 3000 PSI and end connection of female NPT (tapered) thread that ensures a leak-tight flow in the system.

Body made via normalized forgings from stainless steel 316 material. O-ring side flange has an O-ring groove on the smooth surface where the NBR material O-ring will be placed to provide a leak-free sealing when part with its counterflange (flat side) to make a complete set.

• Step 1: Ensure the sealed surface is free from scratches and contamination. Apply lubricant on the seal.
• Step 2: Position the flange and place the washer on the cap screws to bolt through the bolt holes.
• Step 3: Screw on the cap screws by hand first then tighten with a wrench to its appropriate torque value.
