The SAE flange is a high-pressure hydraulic flange use to connect pipes and tubes together in a hydraulic system. With the pressure rating of 6000 PSI and end connection of female NPT (tapered) thread that ensures a leak-tight flow in the system.

Body made via normalized forgings from stainless steel 316 material which has excellent resistance to chemical and rust corrosion under harsh environments. Flat face SAE flange comes with metric bolt thread which requires metric socket head cap screws and spring washers when connecting to the female flange (O-ring side).

For proper installation, check out the simple steps below.

• Step 1: Ensure the sealed surface is free from scratches and contamination. Apply lubricant on the seal.
• Step 2: Position the flange and place the washer on the cap screws to bolt through the bolt holes.
• Step 3: Screw on the cap screws by hand first then tighten with a wrench to its appropriate torque value.
