Operation Instructions

1) Fix the valve on a plate or board of your grill or fire pit by the head screw and flange.

2) Connect your inlet and outlet hose on inlet and outlet side. (fix it tightly enough in case of gas leakage)

3) Fix the thermocouple nut M8 on the valve end tightly (Check if your valve end thread if 8mm before you buy)

4) Connect thermocouple and end thread well

5) Open gas by correct size knob and push your valve around 510s till the thermocouple head is heated enough.

6) Release your hand and it work properly If when you release hand, gas valve shut off again, please check a. If your thermocouple is always be heated on flame b. If the thermocouple end is well connected with valve c. If the inlet and outlet side well connect with hose you have Possible problems occurs during your use: Valve after turn can not stick during using Reason: a.

The thermocouple head is not heated in right place, please adjust thermocouple tip position; b.

The connection between thermocouple end and valve is not connected tight enough or too tight, please adjust the screw again.

Solution: Need to push valve first then turn the spindle and hold for few seconds, it cannot stick immediately may need 515 Seconds.
