ProductDescription : We have completely eliminated creasing using a specially engineered removable liner that will keep your film safe and sturdy. Directions for Application: Step 1: Make sure blade is sharp and ready to use. If your blade is dull, you will need to adjust the force on your machine to get clean cuts. The silhouette settings vvivid suggests is Blade: 2, speed: 7 and force: 5. For other machines these settings are on a low-medium force and speed. Step 2: Peel the protective vvivid liner to expose the adhesive/cutting side of the vinyl. Insert it carefully into your machine. Ensure your HTV designs are always "reversed" on your software. Step 3: Once design has been cut, carefully weed excess vinyl. If excess is not coming off easily, you must adjust your settings or check blade sharpness. HTV is thicker than most sign and craft films and requires a sharp blade. Step 4: Align design and either Iron on or place in a heat press for 10-15 seconds. This film is a cold peel film and clear transfer liner MUST be removed when it is cool to touch. Failure to do so may result in a poor bond. For Mass production, you do not have to wait for each project to cool down, you can simply apply in bulk and cold peel bulk later.
