Formulated for maximum coverage on dark grounds, Neopaque can be applied to natural and synthetic fabrics, leather, clay, wood, paper and canvas. Versatile in application, use to screen print, stamp, stencil and more. To increase transparency it can be mixed with 579 Flowable Extender (sold separately). Made in the USA.
