一、Inspection before using Fume extractor

Before turning on the power for the first time, please make sure that the following conditions are in place to ensure safe operation.

1、Solder Fume Extractor should be intact;

2、The power switch should be in the off position;

3、The filter cartridge should be evenly placed;

4、The lid and box should be firmly installed;

5、The speed control button should be adjusted to the “off” state;

二、Soldering Fume Extractor installation and use instructions

1、 Filter installation

Open the top cover of Fume Extractor Soldering, install the pre-filter, main filter and top cover correctly, and then press the snaps on both sides.

2、Suction Hose Installation

（1）Remove the hose from the package and install it onto the duct flange on the Soldering Fan Fume Extractor top cover.

（2）Turn the hose to align the smoke collector with the smoke vent and adjust the suction range according to the application.

When adjusting the direction of the suction hose, try to keep the hose with a wide loop or bend radius, otherwise the suction will be affected.

（3）Try to avoid areas with excessive airflow, otherwise the Solder Smoke Absorber suction will be affected or the suction will be weakened completely.
