Directions : 1. Unwrap a FRESINIDER Premium Elastic Bandage Wrap from its packaging. 2. Identify the injured area and ensure it is clean and dry. 3. If applying to a joint, measure the circumference of the joint for proper sizing. 4. Starting at one end of the bandage, wrap it around the injured area, overlapping the fabric by about half an inch. 5. Continue wrapping, maintaining even tension, until the entire injured area and any padding are covered. 6. Secure the bandage with the hook and loop closure, ensuring a snug but comfortable fit. 7. Check circulation and sensation in the affected limb after applying the bandage. 8. To remove, unfasten the hook and loop closure and gently unwrap the bandage. 9. Wash the bandage in warm water with mild detergent, and let it air dry before reusing.
